We found Kande after seeing her previous impressive work with Habitat Construction. Initially we only thought we needed help with paint colors on the remodel of our almost 30-year-old log home in North Routt but with Kande’s flexibility we were able to use her services on an “as needed” basis. So, we ended up using her much more. Kande came to our home when we were in the middle of having the interior trim work done, and it was a mess with saws and scaffolding in the living room. She walked in and pointed to each wall and said this needs to be this color and that needs to be this other color. She has such an eye to see the finished product in the midst of chaos.

In addition to the paint colors, she designed a new kitchen island, provided options for new kitchen backsplash, suggested options for lighting and designed the focal point of the house, a huge new fireplace.
